We live in the Bitterroot and are more than willing to cart our glass to Missoula periodically. How do we get on your mailing list for drop off dates and costs?
Sarah Nesci March 9, 2020
Hi Melinda,
We do not use a mailing list at this time, but our drop-offs for the rest of the year will be from 12-6 at Imagine Nation Brewing on June 7th, September 6th, and December 6th. If you have the ability to check our website or social media periodically, we do post all updates on those platforms.
Thank you!

I do not seem to find the hours and price in my emails or on this page. Please let me know the hours that glass can be dropped and the price. Thank you

Hello Robin,
We do not accept regular glass drop-offs at this time. We do hold quarterly drop-off events for a fee of $1/gallon dropped-off. The drop-offs for the rest of the year are from 12-6 at Imagine Nation Brewing on June 7th, September 6th, and December 6th. If you have the ability to check our website or social media periodically, we do post all updates on those platforms.
Thank you!

If we bring glass to the drop off March 1st, do we leave it in a box or dump our glass into a container there? Is there a limit to the amount of glass we bring? Are there hours for the drop off?
Sarah Nesci March 9, 2020
Hello Carol,
Apologies for the delay in response. We will always have buckets at the drop-off to put your glass in, so feel free to bring it in whatever container you’d like. Our hours are generally from 12-6 or 12-8 for drop-offs in the warmer months. There is no limit to the amount you drop-off, and we do charge of fee of $1/gallon, but if you have been storing glass for a while, we are very flexible and understanding of the cost.
Thank you!

Please consider glass drop events in the Bitterroot. Suspect the Fairgrounds would be glad to host. Thanks!

Hello Nan,
We are actually in the process of setting up a drop-off in the Bitterroot! Unfortunately, with the Coronavirus, we’re not sure how quickly things will move forward on that project.
Thank you,
RW Team

I also would like to see something in the Bitterroot, and agree the fairgrounds is a good place.

I started saving glass. Now my container is full. Since our Ravalli Co recycling has closed I have brought my recycling materials to Missoula on my shopping trips. Would it be possible to bring in bottles to you location? Thank you.
Sarah Nesci May 12, 2020
Hello Warren,
Unfortunately, we do not accept drop-offs to our transfer station at this time. We hold quarterly glass drop-offs at Imagine Nation Brewing where you can bring your glass recyclables and drop-off for a small fee. Because glass needs to be shipped out of state to get recycled, the fee covers the cost and allows us to keep collecting from Missoulians and Montanans. Our next drop-off will be June 7th from 12-6pm.

First time drop off for us, do we break the glass or not?
Sarah Nesci August 18, 2020
Hello,
Please do not break the glass. This creates a safety hazard for our staff and volunteers, as they will be unloading it.
